1. Scope of Services

Prime PA Europe provides bespoke travel coordination and personal assistance services across Europe, including but not limited to:

• Travel planning and itinerary design

• Hotel and transportation coordination

• Restaurant and event reservations

• Exclusive experience arrangements

• On-demand concierge support

Services are tailored individually to each client.

2. Contract Formation

A contract is formed upon written confirmation (email confirmation is sufficient) of the agreed services and fees

3. Fees and Payment

Service fees are agreed individually depending on the scope of services.

Payment terms will be specified in the individual offer or invoice.

Third-party costs (e.g., hotel bookings, tickets, transport) are billed separately unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions depend on:

• The type of service

• Third-party provider policies

Prime PA Europe is not responsible for cancellation fees imposed by hotels, airlines, or other service providers.

5. Liability

Prime PA Europe acts as an intermediary in coordinating travel-related services.

We are not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers

• Force majeure events

• Delays, cancellations, or service failures beyond our control

Liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence unless otherwise required by law.

6. Confidentiality

All client information is handled with strict confidentiality and professional discretion

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the registered place of business in Germany.
